Claire Van Overdijk co-author of 'The International Protection of Adults'

Claire van Overdijk, member of No5 Chambers Court of Protection Group, has co-authored a book titled  'The International Protection of Adults', which concerns cross border mental capacity law.

Also authored by Richard Frimston, Alexander Ruck Keene and Adrian Ward MBE, the book will be published by Oxford University Press in February 2015.

International Protection of Adults provides a comprehensive analysis of the key issues in relation to mental capacity in 52 jurisdictions and contains full details of the practical issues involved in advising in cases involving Convention XXXV.
