Claire van Overdijk becomes contributor to "Court of Protection Practice 2012" published by Jordan Publishing

Claire will be contributing to the International Law section of this leading practitioners' text with focus on cross-border adult incapacity and the international protection of adults along with other leading specialists in this field. 
 
Claire is a specialist in the practice of the Court of Protection and regularly represents individuals, public bodies and the Official Solicitor in matters concerning both health and welfare and property and affairs before the Court. She is also a part-time member of University College London Faculty of Law where she teaches in international law.
 
Court of Protection Practice 2012 will be published in March 2012.
