Chambers welcomes two new silks

No5 is delighted to announce that Harpreet Sandhu and Sultana Tafadar will be appointed to the rank of Her Majesty’s Counsel by the Lord Chancellor, taking the number of silks at chambers to 37.

Harpreet is a member of the Crime and Regulatory Groups at No5 acting for both the prosecution and defence. Called to the Bar in 2005, Harpreet’s practice is predominantly comprised of Murder trials, drugs offences, serious fraud work and Health and Safety prosecutions where he has regularly appeared as Leading Junior Counsel.

Called to the Bar in 2005, Sultana is a member of the Crime and International Human Rights Groups and is well known for her work in relation to Counter Terrorism matters.
