Caroline Sumeray: Car Crash Youngster Died of Brain Injury

A young girl killed in a crash near her home on Friday, died from a traumatic brain injury, an inquest opening at Isle of Wight Coroner’s Court heard today (Thursday).
 
A post mortem confirmed the cause of death was a traumatic brain injury from a road traffic accident.
The inquest was adjourned to date to be fixed by Isle of Wight coroner Caroline Sumeray.
Evey’s parents remain in a serious but stable condition at St Mary’s Hospital.
