Brian Dean Prosecutes CPS Fraud Pair

A former Crown Prosecution Service finance manager and her partner have been jailed for making bogus expenses claims worth more than £1m.

They were each sentenced to six years at Birmingham Crown Court yesterday after being convicted of raiding CPS funds on a “colossal” scale to finance their lavish lifestyle.
