Jeremy Cahill QC acted on behalf of the Appellant in this case. Attached is the recent decision of the Secretary of State. This case constitutes a sea change in DCLG's handling of cases where there is no 5 year housing land supply. The Secretary of State has expressly acknowledged the practical importance of The Plan For Growth in housing appeals.
