Abid Mahmood speaks at Birmingham Citizens Advice Bureau AGM

No5 Chambers were pleased to sponsor Birmingham Citizens Advice Bureaus’ AGM, which was held last Thursday 18th September, at the Birmingham REP Theatre.

Abid Mahmood, Barrister at No5 Chambers, gave a presentation at the AGM, telling attendees about No5’s sponsorship of the event and also paying tribute to the work of the CAB, which is this year celebrating 75 years of advice to the people of Birmingham. The keynote speakers at the event were Alison Garnham, Chief Executive of Child Poverty Action Group and John Cotton, Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing. An opportunity for networking and showcase of Birmingham CAB followed the AGM.
