Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. The following conditions must be met when booking for an event. Chambers reserves the right to release your booking if the below are not met:

• If payment is not received within 30 working days of the booking being made, unless an agreement has been made directly with Chambers.
• If booking using an early bird discount, then payment must be received by the early bird end date; otherwise, the price will increase to the standard rate.
• When a booking is made between 11-30 days of the event, payment must be received within 5 working days unless an agreement has been made directly with Chambers.
• When a booking is made within 11 days of the event, Chambers will only accept a credit card payment unless an agreement has been made directly with Chambers.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 10 working days before the event and each attendee may be liable for an administration charge. Any cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full fee. Attendee name changes may be made at any time at no extra charge.

Delegate Restrictions

Bookings from barristers outside of No5 will not be accepted without prior written consent of our Director of Clerking. If you are a barrister and wish to book onto one of our seminars, please contact us.
