Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Payments

Payment for all places must be received at least 7 working days before the date of the event.  Failure to send payment before the event may result in your place(s) being cancelled.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 10 working days before the event and each attendee may be liable for an administration charge. Any cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full fee. Attendee name changes may be made at any time at no extra charge.

Delegate Restrictions

Bookings from barristers outside of No5 will not be accepted without prior written consent of our Director of Clerking. If you are a barrister and wish to book onto one of our seminars, please contact us.

No5 Barristers’ Chambers will retain your details on a database to enable us to process your booking and so that you can be kept up to date with relevant details for future events. If you do not wish to receive future mailings from No5 Barristers’ Chambers after this event please email marketing@no5.com
