Personal Immigration

Our Immigration Group provides representation throughout the country. They advise and appear before the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Members have also been instructed frequently at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.  

Various members of the Group sit as Immigration Judges of the First-Tier Tribunal in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, act as a Special Advocate in national security matters and many are accredited to accept instructions through the Public Access scheme.
