Members of the group are experienced and routinely instructed in cases arising out of the misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis of cancer.

Counsel understand both the particular human sensitivities and the medical and legal technicalities of such cases, including the complex issues of causation that can frequently arise.

The group covers all cases arising out of the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, including colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, skin cancer, pancreatic cancer and testicular cancer.
