Agriculture and Rural Affairs

All members of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs group belong to the Agricultural Law Association and have close links with members of the RICS and the CLA. It means the legal team fully understand the farming industry and the practical aspects of any situation. Priding themselves on a down-to-earth approach, the agricultural barristers deal not only with the highly specialist area of agricultural law but also a diverse range of other issues that relate to an agricultural or rural situation.


The expertise of members of diverse and specialist and includes: all aspects of property and chancery work, Agricultural Land Tribunal arbitrations, single farm payment and related issues, rural planning and compensation issues, Lands Tribunal References, agricultural property relief and tax planning, family disputes, personal injury, employment, regulatory work, environmental issues, equine law and crime.
