Seminar and Workshop : Annual Inheritance Disputes, Wills, Trusts and Estates

The No5 Business & Property Group are pleased to present an Inheritance Disputes, Wills, Trusts and Estates seminar focusing on some of the main issues arising in estates litigation for both executors and beneficiaries

The seminar will cover the following topics;

  • The impact of Guest v Guest on proprietary estoppel cases arising in estates
