The No5 Court of Protection Team brings you an update on the health and welfare and property and affairs case law. This seminar will cover the liberty safeguard reforms, take you through the cross-jurisdictional landscape of COP work, and introduce you to an exciting new research project on values and participation in mental capacity law, and what it means for P.
