In addition to drafting statements of case and representation in Court, he advises on all aspects of Defence litigation from initial , advantageous use of the CPR provisions through to consideration of Contempt Proceedings.
He is prepared to accept proceedings on all tracks, taking the view that, for insurers, all aspects and levels of fraud are important and deserve to be properly defended. The Insurance Fraud Bureau have reported that of 2.9 million insurance claims made up to 170,000 were suspected to be linked to “crash for cash” gangs and an unattractive proportion of the remainder were opportunist individual cases of dishonesty.
