Rima Baruah has a particular interest in cases of alleged inflicted injury. She is adept at analysing complex medical research, and is known for challenging medical experts fearlessly as required.

Rima has extensive experience in cases involving international, religious and cultural issues. Her entire career in matters such as housing, immigration and mental health aids her comprehensive understanding and ability to meet individuals’ needs in a sensitive and caring manner. Rima also practiced extensively in judicial review for many years in the High Court and Court of Appeal which comprehensively aided her ability to deal with matters at short notice in a forensic way, with a very high level of client service, whether in the public law or private client arena, ensuring that those marginalised in society are not excluded from the support and assistance they require.
