A multiple vehicle collision causing the Claimant to suffer numerous significant fractures to her spine. Liability and quantum remain in issue, with the claim ongoing. Re GB A claim involving a young Claimant, with pre-existing behavioural challenges, who fell from height whilst undertaking voluntary work. The Claimant suffered a TBI and spinal injuries. as a consequence of which his care requirements and cognitive deficits have been significantly exacerbated. Causation and quantum remain in issue. |
