Represented a mother alleged to have sexually and physically abused her two young children. The father was unrepresented and assisted by an independent advocate due to having diagnoses of autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and stress-induced seizures.
Represented a mother alleged by the father to have alienated him from the child. This allegation was supported by the local authority, the child’s guardian and a psychologist instructed to undertake an expert report. The child remained living with the mother at the conclusion of proceedings, despite a recommendation from the psychologist for a change of residence.
Represented a mother in her application to temporarily remove the parties’ children from the jurisdiction to Russia, a Non-Hague Convention country. Cross-examined an expert in Russian family law.
