Louisa has substantial experience in the defence of fraudulent insurance claims arising from alleged road traffic accidents. Louisa is regularly instructed to cross-examine claimants at trial in cases involving staged accidents, deliberately induced accidents, bogus occupant claims and where causation is in issue, for example in circumstances where the Defendant contends that a collision occurred at low velocity.
