Kristina Brown is a highly regarded children law practitioner specialising in the most serious and complex of Children Act cases, including in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She is led frequently and also leads juniors, including in the High Court.
She has an established reputation for tactical preparation, forensic analysis of complex and voluminous medical evidence and excellent client care. She is known for her sensitive, down-to-earth yet robust attitude. Her case preparation, paperwork and pleasant nature draw frequent note. Her advocacy is forceful, subtle and effective.
Kristina has particular interest in Public Law cases and is greatly sought after in cases involving allegations of inflicted injury including child death.

Kristina’s experience also covers the full range of Private Law applications, with particular interest in intractable disputes, involving Rule 16.4 Guardians. She deals with complex child arrangements applications involving serious domestic abuse, complicated psychological evidence and relocation of children.
