James Stoll is a very experienced personal injury barrister.
He is most frequently instructed in relation to claims arising out of road traffic accidents and accidents at work but also public liability and occupiers’ liability claims.
James is often instructed on behalf of Defendant insurance companies in cases involving allegations of fundamental dishonesty and causation disputes.
James has specialised in personal injury work since 1998. He routinely represents clients at trials, applications and costs and case management conferences.
James also advises in writing and in conference; drafts statements of case, schedules (and counter) schedules of loss, part 18 and part 35 questions.
