Acts for and against intervenors in financial remedy cases involving third party property rights.

Particular expertise in cases involving formal or informal trusts, estoppels or arguments over unjust enrichment between couples or family members.
Claims under the Inheritance Act 1975
Experienced in dealing with claims under the Inheritance Act 1975 including in the High Court.
Jurisdictional disputes
Experienced in dealing with arguments over jurisdiction in the context of divorce (Brussels II)
