Glenn has a broadly based commercial practice with particular experience of both trial and interlocutory litigation concerning banking instruments, including guarantees, mortgages and other securities, professional negligence claims acting for and against a number of professionals (including engineers, architects, insurance brokers, builders and solicitors), the construction and rectification of commercial documents, exclusion and limitation of liability clauses, product liability and the enforcement and challenge of restraint of trade clauses. Glenn also deals with breach of warranty cases, examples including fraudulent breaches of warranty and breaches relating to contracts of land.
Glenn has also advised upon a wide range of commercial law matters.
Glenn is a 1st Dan competitive Judo Black Belt. He recently won a Bronze medal at the British Masters Championships 2023 and has been awarded a place on the Great Britain Masters Judo Squad.
Glenn also enjoys Obstacle Course Racing, circuit training, mountain biking, skiing and generally running around after his 3 daughters.
Glenn’s practice covers a wide range of both company law and partnership disputes and in particular litigation regarding director’s misfeasance, company management, minority shareholder disputes, and litigation regarding the breakdown of partnerships including asset division, partnership retirements and evictions and the construction of partnership dissolution deeds. Glenn also deals with breach of warranty cases, examples including fraudulent breaches of warranty and breaches of warranties in respect of contracts for the sale of land.
Glenn has also advised upon a broad range of company and partnership work and has experience of drafting partnership agreements.

Glenn’s practice covers a broad range of both corporate and personal insolvency work. Contentious work in relation to administration applications, the appointment of provisional liquidators, unlawful preferences, transactions at an undervalue, director’s misfeasance, asset recovery, declarations of beneficial interests in property, and the conduct of trustees, liquidators, receivers and administrators.
Glenn has also undertaken advisory work in relation to administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies.

Glenn’s practice covers all aspects of real property work including legal and beneficial ownership and co-ownership of land, registered and unregistered land, title, trusts of land, conveyancing, boundary disputes, disputes as to options over land, rights of way disputes, adverse possession, easements, licences, claims relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants and applications to register title before the Land Registration First-tier Property Tribunal.
