Matrimonial Finance

Femi specialises in matrimonial finance disputes.

He acts in the full range of financial remedy applications, including applications with an international element. His experience enables him to approach cases involving complex factual and legal issues with confidence and skill. Femi acts in cases involving assets that range from modest to substantial.

In addition, Femi acts in enforcement applications arising out financial remedy orders and acts in financial applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Private Law Children

Femi acts in all private law disputes. He has acted in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, parental alienation, international relocation and child abduction.

TOLATA

As part of his cohabitant dispute practice, Femi acts in TOLATA disputes. He is able to bring his previous experience in acting in civil and commercial disputes to the TOLATA case he is instructed on.
