Worcester Crown Court (2025) – Defended in a committal for sentence. Defendant was sentenced to a Community Order despite being in breach of two suspended sentences.

Eoin joined No5 as a full tenant in October 2025 after the successful completion of his pupillage, which was under the supervision of Sharon Bahia.
Eoin is instructed to prosecute and defend cases in Crown Courts across the West Midlands. He has also been instructed to defend cases in the Youth Courts.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Eoin gained experience working with pro bono organisations such as the Freedom Law Clinic and Employment Tribunal Project during his legal studies. He also worked in several research assistant roles during his Master’s degree, researching areas such as the targeting of healthcare personnel and
infrastructure during armed conflict, the impact of Section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2000 on the legislative landscape, and preliminary objections raised at the
International Court of Justice.
In his spare time Eoin enjoys photography and playing Gaelic football, having coached his university team for a number of years.
Eoin has appeared in a wide range of hearings in the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court, prosecuting and defending. He welcomes instructions in all areas of criminal law.

Birmingham Crown Court (2025) – Successfully argued that there were exceptional circumstances which meant that the court could depart from the mandatory minimum sentence and impose a Community Order, after the Defendant’s engagement with the C3 programme.
Cannock Magistrates’ Court (2025) – Represented a police officer facing a charge of assault against his ex-partner, also a former police officer. Acquitted after trial.
Wolverhampton Crown Court (2026) – Instructed to defend a committal for sentence. Secured a suspended sentence for a defendant convicted of an ABH on his former partner in a Magistrates’ Court trial.
