Chloe was called to the Bar in 2022 and quickly developed a busy practice prosecuting and defending in the Yorkshire and Humberside area. Chloe is a Grade 3 prosecutor with membership on the General Crime and RASSO panels.

Expertise

Crime

Chloe completed a common law pupillage in October 2023. Since then she has practised almost exclusively in criminal law; achieving membership to the CPS Grade 3 and RASSO panels in less than two years. Chloe has completed both of the accredited Vulnerable Witness and RASSO courses.

Chloe is instructed on a variety of complex cases, and has considerable experience of prosecuting and defending violent offences and multi-handed drugs cases. She has built a successful defence profile and looks to expand this, with a particular interest in Rape and Serious Sexual Offences.

Chloe thinks quickly on her feet and is proactive and self-sufficient. She is known for her ability to break down a case to its simplest terms and put clients at ease with an approachable manner.
