Anna Stein is a pupil in the Planning and Environment group. She comes to the Bar following a career in international aid, during which time she worked overseas as a specialist in the protection of civilians in conflict.
During her first six Anna was supervised by Richard Kimblin KC and was exposed to several areas of planning and environment law.
Anna practices the following areas:
In addition Anna has drafted advices relating to permitted development rights, development in the green belt, modifications to planning permission under s73 and s96a, and grounds for judicial review.
Anna is also available for instruction in personal injury matters. She has worked alongside several members of chambers observing a wide range of cases, including fast track and small claims and credit hire cases. She appears regularly in court alongside developing a busy paperwork practice.
