Ammo Khanna

Ammo accepted tenancy in October 2025, having completed a specialist Criminal Pupillage, under the supervision of Simon Hunka. In her time at Chambers Ammo has gained diverse experience in Crown Courts across the Midlands Circuit.

Ammo studied a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Law & Society and Business Law, before moving to the UK to pursue a career at the Bar. She completed her GDL at BPP and her BPTC at the University of Law.

Before joining the Bar, Ammo worked as a research clerk and mooting coach, as well as volunteering with teenagers at socioeconomically disadvantaged schools.

Ammo currently acts as a mentor with Bridging the Bar and the Young Bar Mentoring Scheme. She also spends time volunteering with Girlguiding Birmingham, as part of the 1st Birmingham Brownies.

In her spare time, Ammo enjoys reading, cooking, and pilates.
