Personal Injury

The No5 Barristers' Chambers Personal Injury Group has over 70 members, includes 4 QC’s and works with its own team of highly experienced clerks.

The Group prides itself on strength in depth and the consistently high level of service it offers to solicitors acting for both claimants and defendants throughout the country. Consistently favourable directory reviews confirm the team’s expertise in matters ranging from a modest claim to catastrophic injury and multi-party litigation.

A widely respected set in the personal injury market featuring a number of specialist barristers. Members are called upon to act for both claimants and defendants and have a strong track record in areas such as occupiers' liability, RTAs, industrial disease and accident at work claims. Recent cases handled include Variya v Shedhadeh, a contested multi-track road traffic claim. Instructing solicitors portray No5 as "a leading set nationally" with a "high level of expertise" and a "broad personal injury and clinical negligence offering."
