Rose Macaulay has successfully represented a Claimant in a two-day Employment Tribunal hearing. The Claimant had been summarily dismissed for alleged harassment related to sex after an internal disciplinary process. Following cross-examination of multiple witnesses, the Tribunal upheld the Claimant’s claims of both unfair and wrongful dismissal and awarded compensation.
