No5 Barristers Chambers is pleased to report that we were successful in a recent Tender for inclusion in the West Midlands Local Authorities Barristers Framework.
Members of the Public Law, Family, Regulatory, Planning, Business & Property and Employment teams will now be working with a large number of Local Authorities across the West Midlands through the Framework to assist with work covering Adult Social Services, Children’s Services, Criminal Litigation & Prosecution, Planning, Property and Employment.
Chambers already has longstanding relationships with Local Authorities in these areas and the success of this tender is a testament to the continued commitment we have to working with them and building on those relationships.
This Framework covers a number of areas of work where Chambers has an established presence working for, alongside or against Local Authorities and the experience gained from those acting within the framework will help to develop this at all levels.
Heads of Chambers Michelle Heeley KC and Peter Goatley KC said “We are delighted to have been successful in being appointed to this Framework, especially given the longstanding relationships we have with so many of the authorities involved, which will only be strengthened through this new work. As the largest set of Chambers in the country this appointment reflects the breadth and depth of specialisms that we are able to offer across a number of disciplines. We pride ourselves on our local connections and we look forward to working with these and other authorities in the future”
