No5 Barristers’ Chambers is pleased to announce that Jack Feeny has been appointed as a Circuit Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal with effect from 7 September 2026.
Jack has been an integral part of our Employment Group for over 15 years, including holding the position of Deputy Head of the Employment Group. Over those years, he developed a successful practice in employment law, featuring in a number of significant appeals, at EAT and Court of Appeal level, and up to and including the Supreme Court. He was a long-standing member of the Attorney-General’s Panel of Counsel (reaching London A panel) and recognised as a leader in the field for police-related employment disputes.
