Baldip Singh successfully represented a father seeking a Child Arrangements Order, including overnight contact, despite a Cafcass recommendation for supervised contact only.

The Court accepted Mr Singh’s submissions and provided helpful guidance on the application of Practice Direction 12J where parallel criminal proceedings are ongoing at paragraph 101(a-e).
