Rebekah Wilson acted for a Father in London Borough of Y v M & Ors [2026] EWFC 117 before HHJ Robertson instructed by Aqeela Hafeez of Goodman Ray Solicitors. In Y v M & Ors the learned Judge made contact orders in favour of a father at the end of complex care proceedings in circumstances where at the beginning of proceedings the children had not known who their father was.
Rebekah cited Article 8 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in her submissions which the judge referred to in deciding an order was necessary to protect the children’s rights to family relations with their Father.
