Louis Austin recently successfully appeared for a specialist healthcare provider and a member of their senior leadership team in a 6-day Employment Tribunal claim.
The Tribunal dismissed all 22 claims of direct race and/or age discrimination, whilst making findings as to the reasonableness of the Claimant’s management.
