Following the success of last year’s sell-out conference, we are pleased to return for our third annual Private Children Law Seminar.
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a full-day conference on Thursday, 2 July 2026 at our Birmingham Chambers at 103 Colmore Row.
The conference is aimed at those practising in all aspects of private children law and is designed to provide a practical and up-to-date overview of key developments and emerging issues in this evolving field.
The day will include presentations from various members of the No5 Family Group, who bring extensive experience across the full spectrum of Private Children Law proceedings. The programme is focused on delivering practical insight and guidance to support practitioners in achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
We are delighted to confirm that the Designated Family Judge for Birmingham Her Honour Judge McCabe will be joining us to offer a valuable perspective from the bench.
We are also very pleased to welcome our guest speaker, Martin Lakeman , Domestic Abuse and Safeguarding Consultant, who will bring additional insight into this important area.
The day will commence at 9.45am (with registration and coffee from 9.00am) and will conclude at approximately 4.00pm, followed by a drinks reception. Refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day.
The ticket price will be £125+VAT, with an early bird rate of £99+VAT available until 22 May 2026. Please note, to qualify for our early bird rate, payment must be received by 22nd May 2026.
