In what has been dubbed ‘a triumph for common sense’, Caroline Jennings has succeeded in having a s15 claim (remitted from the Employment Appeal Tribunal) dismissed for the second time on behalf of a large NHS Trust.
This finally brings to an end litigation which began in 2019, covering 57 allegations of unlawful discrimination. Caroline regularly undertakes matters for clients in the Health, Education, Government and Private sectors.
