Published in February 2026, the text provides a comprehensive and practical analysis of the legal framework governing allegations of domestic abuse within the family justice system. Drawing on expertise from both the criminal and family jurisdictions, the work integrates criminal law principles, evidential standards and advocacy practice into the family court context.
The book is designed as a practitioner-focused guide, identifying common forensic and procedural pitfalls and promoting best practice in the handling of serious and sensitive allegations.
