Guest Speaker: Martin Chapman
Martin is a Partner and the National Head of the Forensic Disputes and Investigations Team at Crowe U.K. LLP, having specialised in forensic accountancy since 2005. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Academy of Experts.
Martin has provided forensic accounting expert witness services on behalf of claimants and defendants or as a single joint expert in civil, criminal and family matters. He has provided expert witness testimony in court and has routinely provided training to clients, solicitors, insurers and other legal professionals on accounting and investigation related matters in the UK.
Martin was named as an Exceptional Expert in Financier Worldwide’s 2026 Power Player series for Investigations and White Collar Crime.
Guest Speaker: Neil Rudd
Neil is an Associate Director the Forensic Disputes and Investigations Team at Crowe U.K. LLP. Having specialised in forensic accountancy since 2016, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Public Finance Accountant. Neil supports forensic experts across a range of technical accounting areas in civil, family and criminal matters as well as investigations into fraud and accounting irregularity. He also is adept with regard to contentious and non-contentious valuations.
