Beatrice Munro will be welcoming instructions in all areas of family law from Tuesday 7th April 2026.

Her Practice Directors are Adam Wadley, Clare Radburn and Paul Sams and the wider clerking contact details can be viewed here.

Since beginning her specialist family law pupillage with No5 Barristers’ Chambers in October 2025 under the supervision of Heather Popley, Beatrice has observed a wide range of family law, including public and private law children, financial remedy, injunctive relief and family cases with an international element in the Family Court and High Court.

During her first six Beatrice has shadowed other members of the No5 family group, including Chambers’ strong junior team, preparing her for her second six.

Beatrice’s experience as a specialist family pupil has enabled her to build upon her interest in family law, one example being the Pathfinder pilot and its practical implementation in the West Midlands, enabling her to build on her Master’s dissertation.

Beatrice has enjoyed attending seminars and conferences throughout her first six increasing her knowledge of current issues and developments in the family justice system, including the national FLBA conference, Resolution seminars, No5’s own Junior-to-Junior training and Midland Circuit events. She looks forward to future events and further getting to know the Midlands legal community.

Beatrice has an upcoming article in the second volume of the No5 Family Law Journal, namely a financial remedies case law update, covering nuptial agreements, disclosure and conduct. She will also co-author a public law children article for the said Journal regarding the legal principles applicable when the Court is considering interim separation.
In addition to accepting instructions from 7th April 2026, Beatrice will be delivering the case law update at No5’s forthcoming Private Law Children Annual Seminar on Thursday 2nd July 2026.
