No5 is pleased to announce that David Gardner has been reappointed and Sioned Davies has been appointed to the Welsh Government Panel of Approved Counsel.
This will mean they are two of the small number of barristers approved to receive instructions and act for the Welsh Government in legal proceedings. Their appointment will run for 5 years starting on 1 February 2026.
