One year on from the FTT Practice Direction: Lessons and How to Avoid Procedural Pitfalls

Thank you to those that joined us at No5 Barristers’ Chambers last night for our Immigration Seminar.

Members of our Immigration group, Danny Bazini, Susana Ferrin, Becket Bedford, Ben Hawkin and Sanjay Toora, delivered insightful talks about the Practice Direction of the IAC which came into effect in November 2024.

The session offered practical advice in respect of avoiding procedural pitfalls, wasted costs orders, professional complaints as well as how to take over a case from previous representatives.

There were food and drinks along side an opportunity to network at the end.

The seminar will be delivered in London on Thursday 20^th November 2025.
