We are pleased to invite your firm to send up to two delegates to our upcoming Financial Remedies Training hosted by No5 Barristers’ Chambers.
The training will consist of interactive workshops designed to offer practical advice, improve efficiency, and enhance participants’ knowledge.
Delegates will begin with sessions on conducting effective client conferences, with a focus on identifying and frontloading issues at an early stage. This will be followed by case management, including drafting Forms E, ES1, and ES2, and managing proceedings strategically. The programme will then move on to drafting persuasive section 25 statements, before exploring how to strengthen advocacy through preparation and presentation. The day will conclude with a case law update and Lexis training.
This training is tailored for solicitors and associates with 1–7 years PQE. Delegates will leave with sharpened client-handling skills, stronger drafting techniques, and practical insights into handling financial remedy cases more effectively.
Important Information:
- Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once a place has been booked and confirmed, delegates should treat attendance as a professional commitment.
- Role-play exercises will form part of the training day, and roles will be allocated in advance. Any late cancellations will therefore disrupt the structure of the session.
To register, please reply to this email with the names and contact details of your chosen delegates. Up to two places are available per firm.
We look forward to welcoming your team.
