No5’s Planning and Environment group is pleased to announce the appointment of Thea Osmund-Smith and Hugh Richards as our new joint Heads of Group, and Sioned Davies as Deputy Head of Group. They take over from Richard Kimblin KC, who is stepping down as Head of Group following many years of leadership.
On their appointment, Thea and Hugh said: “We are honoured to be appointed joint heads of the Planning and Environment Group and look forward to building on the strength of the group established over the last 40+ years. We thank Richard for all that he has contributed to the success of the group.”
