Today we welcome Lawrence Parry back to Chambers for his second week with us as part of the 10,000 Black Interns Scheme. Lawrence spent a week with us last month and this week is attending a Trial at Birmingham Crown Court with Sharon Bahia, of our Criminal Team.
10,000 Black Interns are creating thousands of paid internships for talented Black career starters, supporting their alumni and harnessing their unique data so that UK employers can build more inclusive, representative teams where everyone can thrive. They achieve this by designing impactful programmes, delivering them at scale, and engaging with employers to challenge outdated systems, reframe recruitment, and reshape workplace culture.
