Tim Sheppard of No5’s Employment Group was instructed by the West Midlands Ambulance Service in respect of multiple discrimination claims brought by a former IT operative.
Following a postponement in July 2024, the multi-day final hearing took place in May 2025. Before the end of the evidence, the claimant withdrew his claims of direct race discrimination and a failure to make reasonable adjustments.
The remaining discrimination claims were all then dismissed by the ET.
