No5 Barristers’ Chambers are proud to have again made a strong showing in Planning Resource’s Annual Planning Law Survey published on 27 June 2025, with Thea Osmund-Smith topping the planning juniors category and Chris Young KC topping the residential category.
In the top rated planning silks, Chris Young KC, Richard Kimblin KC, Peter Goatley KC and Richard Humphreys KC feature in the list and Chris is recognised as the top-rated barrister in the country for residential work.
In the top-rated planning juniors category, Thea Osmund-Smith is joint first in the list of planning juniors as well as being recognised as one of the top-rated barristers for Infrastructure work. Thea is joined in the list of top-rated planning juniors by Sioned Davies, Leanne Buckley-Thomson, James Corbet Burcher, Satnam Choongh, Scott Stemp and Christian Hawley.
Sioned Davies and Jessica Allen both feature in the highest-rated planning juniors under 35 years of age.
