No5 welcomes Cathy Hugo as Director of Clerking for London

No5 Barristers’ Chambers is delighted to announce that Cathy Hugo has joined as Director of Clerking for London.

Cathy started clerking in 1994 and has worked at numerous top-tier sets across London and the South East and has been a key part of their strategic development and growth. Cathy has been described as “approachable, friendly and an absolute superstar” by the legal directories.

Cathy joins following 23 years as Deputy Senior Clerk at a Common Law Set based in Cambridge. Her involvement in the strategic growth and success of the set stems from fostering collaboration and innovation within her team, attributes she is keen to bring to her role at No5. She has a wealth of experience and insight to bring to her new position at No.5 Chambers as she joins the first-class Clerking team in the London office.
