We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a full-day Private Children Law Conference on Thursday 3rd July 2025 at our Birmingham Chambers, 103 Colmore Row.
The conference is aimed at those practising in all aspects of Private Children Law and will bring attendees up to speed with ‘Changes and Challenges’ in this fastly evolving field.
The day will be hosted by Stefano Nuvoloni KC and there will be presentations throughout the day from members of the No5 Family Group with a wealth of experience in private children law proceedings. The aim is to provide practical tips that will allow you to get the best outcomes for clients.
We are also very pleased that His Honour Judge Picken will be our judicial speaker to give a view from the bench.
We are thrilled that Adele Ballantyne has agreed to be our guest speaker. Adele is a relationship therapist and part of Resolution’s Parenting after Parting Committee.
The day will commence at 9.30am (with registration and coffee from 9 am) and the programme will conclude at approximately 4.30pm to be followed with a drinks reception. Refreshments and lunch will be provided during the day.
