No5 Barristers’ Chambers is thrilled to announce the return of Imogen Halstead, a band 1 barrister in the legal directories, from maternity leave.

Imogen will be resuming her practice from March 2025, with her strong reputation for handling an array of traditional chancery matters. She has particular expertise in 1975 Inheritance Act claims and will challenges and is noted for her strong advocacy in court, as well as ability in mediations.

Imogen Halstead offers a solid practice in property matters. She is experienced in handling proprietary estoppel, ownership and possession-related disputes along with boundary issues.
