Henry Pitchers KC and Steven Fisher recently secured High Court approval of a lump sum settlement totalling £5.65m for a young Claimant who suffered life a changing brain injury due to an accident at work.
The complex case involved the involvement of experts in no fewer than eleven disciplines including Neurology, Neuropsychology, Neuroradiology, Orthopaedics, Occupational Therapy and Forensic Accountancy.
The substantial settlement allows the Claimant, who suffered a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury, to receive professional care and support for the rest of his life together with significant compensation in respect of lost earnings.
